We accept traditional Medicare, Aetna Medicare , Davis Vision, and Eyemed. We do accept other insurance plans; please call the office to verify a specific one.

Call for appointments and please bring your Insurance cards to your appointment.

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rescheduled appointments.  CoPays are due at the time of service
